STEP 1 OF 3 · ORIENTATION

See what will happen before signing up.

The first screen explains the entire route from account creation to a live edge-cached domain, so there are no surprise DNS steps.

  • Create or sign in to your account
  • Choose a plan before connecting a site
  • Your existing web server remains the origin
STEP 2 OF 3 · CHOOSE A PLAN

Pick the allowance that fits the site.

Each plan shows its monthly bandwidth, domain count, cache storage, and request capacity. A customer can start free without entering payment details.

  • Free starts at $0 with 10 GB
  • One allowance is shared across regions
  • Paid terms appear before enrollment
STEP 3 OF 3 · CONNECT THE SITE

Enter the public site and its secure origin.

The customer selects a DNS account they own, adds the visitor-facing hostname, and identifies the existing HTTPS origin. CyberPanel verifies everything before routing changes.

  • Only the reviewed web record is changed
  • Mail, TXT, and unrelated DNS stay untouched
  • WordPress then installs CyberEdge Cache for safe policy and worldwide purges

The customer journey

Six steps.
No DNS guesswork.

CyberPanel checks ownership, origin TLS, capacity, and public routing. A site is not marked Active until the live route verifies.

  1. 01

    Create a customer account

Register on the CyberPanel platform, verify your email, and sign in to your customer workspace.

  2. 02

    Choose one shared plan

Start free or select a paid bandwidth allowance. Paid consent and overage terms appear before enrollment.

  3. 03

    Connect your domain and origin

Enter the hostname visitors use, your existing public origin IP, and the hostname on its TLS certificate.

  4. 04

    Verify and review DNS

Select a DNS connection you own. CyberPanel shows the exact proposed routing change and preserves mail and TXT records.

  5. 05

    Connect WordPress safely

WordPress sites install CyberEdge Cache for public-page policy, login and cart protection, and signed worldwide purges. LiteSpeed Cache is not required.

  6. 06

    Approve and go live

Approve the reviewed change. Readiness, certificate, metering, and public-route checks must all pass before Active appears.

Built for the work

Fast for visitors. Careful with your site.

Performance should not require handing over the rest of your stack.

01

Full-page caching

Serve cacheable pages closer to visitors while your existing server stays the source of truth.

02

Health-aware routing

Only ready nodes enter DNS. Unhealthy nodes are withdrawn instead of receiving new visitors.

03

Shared allowance

Bandwidth, requests, domains, and storage are managed once across every edge location.

04

Exact DNS preview

See the records CyberPanel proposes to change before you approve activation.

05

Origin TLS checks

Your origin address and certificate hostname are verified as separate onboarding gates.

06

Safe rollback trail

Prior DNS values and activation evidence are retained for a reviewed restoration path.

Good questions

Before you move traffic.

Where is CyberPanel Edge available?

North America and Europe are live today. Singapore is the next planned location and will be listed as live only after its readiness checks pass.

Do I need to move my website?

No. Your existing HTTPS server remains the origin. Edge stores eligible responses closer to visitors and fetches from that origin when required.

Does WordPress require the LiteSpeed Cache plugin?

No—but a production WordPress site should install the CyberEdge Cache plugin. It marks safe anonymous pages cacheable, protects logged-in and WooCommerce traffic, and triggers a signed worldwide purge after posts, products, stock, themes, or menus change. Without it, CyberEdge only caches responses already marked public by standard HTTP headers. An existing LiteSpeed Cache install may remain for origin optimization.

Will CyberPanel change all of my DNS?

No. The onboarding flow previews the exact web-routing records involved. Mail, TXT, CAA, and unrelated records are preserved.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan collects no payment and includes 10 GB of monthly bandwidth for one domain. Delivery pauses when a free allowance is exhausted.

What do I need before connecting a domain?

Have the public hostname, a public origin server IP, an HTTPS port, and a certificate-valid origin hostname ready.

When does my site become Active?

Only after ownership, origin TLS, edge readiness, metering, and the public route are independently verified.
