Use CyberPanel 3.0.7 or later. Back up your server before upgrading and confirm the license is active for your server IP.
Go to Email → Roundcube in the panel, install the integration, and sign in with a mailbox account.

Isn’t Roundcube open source?
Yes. Roundcube is open-source webmail software. This paid product covers the CyberPanel integration and management experience: installation, configuration, lifecycle controls, and access through the panel.
Can I keep using CyberPanel’s integrated webmail?
Yes. CyberPanel’s integrated webmail remains available as the default client. Roundcube is an optional paid integration; you do not need to buy it to continue using the built-in client.
Which purchase option should I choose?
The $99 lifetime standalone license unlocks Roundcube for one server IP. The $169 lifetime CyberPanel Add-ons Package includes Roundcube alongside the other premium management tools. Both options provide the same Roundcube integration.
I already own the Add-ons Package. Do I pay again?
No separate Roundcube purchase is needed for an eligible existing all-features entitlement. Update your CyberPanel installation and open Email → Roundcube. If your license is not recognized, contact support through your platform account.
Does the standalone license include other add-ons?
No. The standalone license enables the Roundcube integration for one server IP. Other paid CyberPanel add-ons are separate, or available through the Add-ons Package.
Does this include a hosted email service?
This is a webmail integration for your CyberPanel server. It uses your existing mailboxes and mail services. Server hosting and email delivery services are separate.
What happens when I disable Roundcube?
Disabling the integration keeps its contacts, preferences, database state, and encryption key for re-enabling later. CyberPanel’s integrated webmail remains independently available.
