CyberPanel Email Hosting lets you create professional mailboxes at your own domain (e.g., [email protected]). Every Email Service plan includes hosting — from 10 mailboxes on Free to 500 on Enterprise.
Step 1: Choose a Plan
Visit Plans & Pricing to select a plan. The Free plan includes 10 mailboxes with 3 GB storage each.
| Plan | Mailboxes | Hosted Domains | Storage/Mailbox |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 | 3 | 3 GB |
| Starter ($3.99/mo) | 50 | 10 | 5 GB |
| Professional ($14.99/mo) | 150 | 25 | 10 GB |
| Enterprise ($49.99/mo) | 500 | 50 | 25 GB |
Step 2: Add Your Domain
In the Email Hosting Dashboard, add the domain you want to host email for. The system will generate a verification token and show the DNS records you need to configure.
Step 3: Configure DNS
Add these records at your DNS provider (see Domain Verification & DNS Setup for detailed instructions):
| Record | Type | Name | Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Verification | TXT | yourdomain.com | (shown in dashboard) |
| MX | MX | yourdomain.com | mail.cyberpersons.com (priority 10) |
| SPF | TXT | yourdomain.com | v=spf1 include:spf.cyberpersons.com ~all |
| DKIM | TXT | mail._domainkey.yourdomain.com | (shown in dashboard) |
| DMARC | TXT | _dmarc.yourdomain.com | v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:[email protected] |
Step 4: Create Mailboxes
Once DNS is verified, go to your domain and click Create Mailbox. Enter the local part (e.g., john for [email protected]), set a password, and optionally add a display name.
Step 5: Access Your Email
You can access your mailbox in three ways:
- Webmail — Go to CyberMail Webmail and log in with your full email and password. See Using CyberMail Webmail.
- Email client — Configure Outlook, Gmail, Thunderbird, or your phone. See Configuring Email Clients.
- Auto-login — Click the webmail icon next to any mailbox in the hosting dashboard for instant access.
