Access your CyberPanel email mailbox from any email client — Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, or your phone. This guide covers IMAP, POP3, and SMTP settings for sending from your client.

IMAP vs POP3: Use IMAP if you access email from multiple devices (phone + laptop). IMAP syncs across all devices. Use POP3 only if you want to download emails to a single device and remove them from the server.
Setup Guides by Client
Apple Mail (macOS & iOS)
- Open Settings (iOS) or System Preferences → Internet Accounts (macOS)
- Tap Add Account → Other
- Select Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, full email address, and mailbox password
- Select IMAP
- Incoming:
mail.cyberpersons.com, port993, SSL on - Outgoing:
mail.cyberpersons.com, port587, STARTTLS - Tap Save
Gmail (Add External Account)
- Open Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
- Go to Accounts and Import
- Under “Check mail from other accounts”, click Add a mail account
- Enter your email address → Next
- Select Import emails from my other account (POP3)
- Username: your full email, Password: your mailbox password
- POP Server:
mail.cyberpersons.com, Port:995, check “Always use SSL” - For sending, select “Yes, I want to send mail as…” and enter SMTP settings above
Microsoft Outlook (Desktop)
- Open Outlook → File → Add Account
- Enter your email address → Advanced options → check “Let me set up my account manually”
- Select IMAP
- Incoming:

mail.cyberpersons.com, port587, STARTTLS - Enter your password and click Connect
Mozilla Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird → Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account
- Enter your name, email, and password → click Configure manually
- Incoming: IMAP,

mail.cyberpersons.com, port587, STARTTLS - Authentication: Normal password
- Click Done
Android (Default Email App)
- Open the Email app (or Gmail → Add account → Other)
- Enter your email and password
- Select IMAP
- Incoming:
