  • Password: Reset the mailbox password
  • Storage quota: View usage and limit (set by your plan)
  • Protocols: Enable/disable IMAP, POP3, SMTP, and webmail access individually

Aliases

An alias is an alternative email address that delivers to an existing mailbox. For example, [email protected] can deliver to [email protected].

Creating an Alias

  1. Go to the mailbox detail page
  2. In the Aliases section, click Create Alias
  3. Enter the local part (e.g., sales)
  4. Click Create
Tip: Aliases are great for role-based addresses like info@, sales@, billing@ that should all go to the same person’s mailbox.

Forwarding Rules

Forward emails from your mailbox to an external address.

Creating a Forwarding Rule

  1. Go to the mailbox detail page
  2. In the Forwarding section, click Create Rule
  3. Enter the destination email address
  4. Choose the forwarding type:
    • Forward Only: Send to the destination, don’t keep a copy
    • Forward and Keep Copy: Send to the destination AND keep a copy in the mailbox (recommended)
  5. Optionally add conditions:
    • From contains: Only forward if the sender matches
    • Subject contains: Only forward if the subject matches
  6. Click Create

Vacation Responder (Auto-Reply)

Automatically reply to incoming emails when you’re away.

  1. Go to the mailbox detail page
  2. Click Vacation Responder
  3. Toggle it On
  4. Set:
    • Subject: The auto-reply subject line
    • Message: Your out-of-office message
    • Start date and End date: When the responder is active
  5. Click Save

Auto-Login to Webmail

From the hosting dashboard, click the webmail icon next to any mailbox for instant access — no password needed when you’re already logged into the platform.
