Using CyberMail Webmail

CyberMail Webmail lets you access your email from any web browser — no app or client setup needed. Read, compose, organize, and manage your email from anywhere.

Logging In

Option 1: Direct Login

  1. Go to https://platform.cyberpersons.com/email/webmail/login/
  2. Enter your full email address (e.g., [email protected])
  3. Enter your mailbox password
  4. Click Sign In

Option 2: Auto-Login from Dashboard

If you’re already logged into the CyberPanel platform:

  1. Go to https://platform.cyberpersons.com/email/hosting/
  2. Click the webmail icon next to any mailbox
  3. You’re instantly logged in — no password needed!

Inbox Navigation

The webmail interface shows your folders on the left and messages on the right:

Default Folders

Folder Purpose
INBOX Incoming emails land here
Sent Copies of emails you’ve sent
Drafts Saved drafts that haven’t been sent
Trash Deleted emails (emptied periodically)
Spam Emails flagged as spam by CyberMail’s antispam engine

Composing Emails

  1. Click Compose
  2. Enter the recipient’s email in the To field
  3. Add CC or BCC recipients if needed
  4. Enter a Subject
  5. Write your message in the editor
  6. Optionally attach files (up to 25 MB total)
  7. Click Send

Replying and Forwarding

  • Reply: Click Reply to respond to the sender only
  • Reply All: Responds to the sender and all other recipients
  • Forward: Send the email to someone else with the original content preserved

Managing Messages

  • Move: Drag messages between folders, or use the Move button
  • Delete: Moves the message to Trash (permanently deleted after 30 days)
  • Mark as read/unread: Toggle the read status of any message
  • Search: Search across all folders by sender, subject, or content
