A referral is qualified when the user you referred signs up and makes their first payment of at least $5 (the verification charge). This ensures real customers, not just signups.
Commissions enter a 30-day hold period after they're earned. Once approved, they move to your available balance. You can request a payout anytime your available balance is $100 or more.
Yes. You can change your commission model anytime from your affiliate dashboard. Future commissions will use the new model.
When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is set for 90 days. If they sign up within that window — even on a different day — you get credit. We also use localStorage and URL parameters as backup.
