LAMP stands for Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Perl, and Python. It is an open-source platform for developing websites that use Linux as its operating system, Apache as its web server, MySQL as its relational database management system, and PHP, Perl, or Python as its object-oriented scripting language.
